Original founder and creative head of the orchestra, composer and violinist Mischa Tangian has developed the musical and artistic side of the project. Since its beginning in 2016 when he co-founded it with his colleague and artist manager Sofia Surgutschowa he contributed music and defined the vision of the orchestra. Pushing new developments and giving composition commissions to other artists to create new programs, Mischa is always on the lookout for new ideas. His concepts and his knowledge of various styles of music help produce unique projects starting with the initial idea, writing funding applications, developing and making music, writing scripts and bringing to life the ideas at rehearsals, performances and shows is his passion as a musician.
